The Ribbon

The Ribbon controls change depending on the view you have selected: Mail, Calendar, Contacts, or Tasks.
Backstage view

Although similar to the File menu in earlier versions of Outlook, the Backstage view expands to fill the entire screen, unlike a traditional menu. Backstage view options change depending on the view you have selected.
Use multiple accounts
If Outlook is most often used at work, there are several reasons why you might want to use it at home. If you use multiple email accounts, one for personal email and one for business email you can add multiple accounts to Outlook, allowing you to read and manage all your messages at the same time. You'll also have the option of using a desktop application to keep all your information, such as contacts and calendar, in one place.
